We’re on a break! It’s not you, it’s us.
Scale Back Alabama has been helping Alabamians get healthier since 2007. We’ve done our best to grow with the times, but a lot can change in 16 years! We’ve evolved into a more holistic approach to health, rather than just focusing on weight loss. We have increased and diversified our content, switched to a virtual format, and developed individualized health goals. We are now at a crossroads about deciding what the future will hold for Scale Back Alabama. In 2022, we will be taking a break and will be looking for your input as we decide which direction will be taken for the program.
Don’t worry, we aren’t going away in 2022! We’ll be sending out regular emails with tips and resources to help keep you on track while we press pause on the program. In the meantime, continue to follow us on social media! If you have any questions or suggestions for us, or would like to be added to the email list, please contact us at email@example.com.
